Terms and conditions of warranty.

• All Brand's Laptops, Monitors, Desktops, Computer Parts and Tablets including Dell, Lenovo, HP, Acer, Apple Brand  have Standard  1-Year Limited Warranty.
• Customer must have to bring the warranty card to claim warranty service.
• Your warranty card and/or sales slip must accompany all items.
  
• No warranty of any kind of physical damage/liquid spillage.
• Makura Technology Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise purchased from us.
  
• No warranty if serial number or the warranty seal is removed/defaced and product is serviced or repaired at other place.
•  In case of hardware failure it will normally take approximately 2-3 weeks to process with the related brand company to be replaced the parts.
  
• No warranty of any kind OS or software defect because of pirated OS or software.
• Used Laptops & Desktops is covered under a 10-days labor warranty.
• We are not liable if the manufacturer/distributor fails to perform warranty service.
